INNER ALCHEMY POSTER (148 x 210 mm).png

Inner Alchemy is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space of presence, connection and transformation.

Held within the resonance of 13 gongs, ceremonial cacao, embodied practice and live sound, we journey together through movement, vibration, stillness and deep listening. A constellation of facilitators and artists come together to create a space where each person can follow their own inner experience while being held by the energy of the collective.

There is something powerful about gathering in this way. Strangers arrive, a circle forms, bodies soften, sound fills the space, and for a few hours we remember what it feels like to simply be, feel and connect.

Inner Alchemy is not about becoming someone new. It is a space to listen to what is already within, to reconnect with ourselves and with one another, and to experience the quiet magic that can emerge when we journey together.

Jenna Anne

Cacao Ceremony Facilitator

Jenna Anne
 Cacao Ceremony Facilitator

Jenna guides the Cacao Ceremony, opening Inner Alchemy with warmth, intention and a moment to arrive. Through ceremonial cacao and shared ritual, she creates a gentle transition from the pace of everyday life into a slower, more receptive space.

Her ceremony invites participants to connect with themselves before the journey unfolds, noticing what they are carrying, what they wish to welcome and what they may be ready to release. Cacao becomes a companion to this process, bringing people together around a simple but meaningful act of drinking, listening and setting intention.

Jenna's presence establishes the first thread of Inner Alchemy: connection. A circle begins to form, strangers become a temporary community, and the journey moves from the external world towards a more intimate encounter with ourselves and one another.

Isabella guides the Kundalini Activation within Inner Alchemy, inviting participants into a deeper connection with their life force energy and the body. Through this process, she creates space for stored emotions to move and release, expanding the capacity to feel while opening a pathway towards intuition, inner power and embodied awareness.

Isabella is a Self-Love Coach and Kundalini Activation, Breathwork and Somatic Healing Guide, devoted to helping others return home to their body, heart and truth. Her practice explores our relationship with emotions, supporting a shift from experiencing them as overwhelm towards recognising them as sources of energy, aliveness and expression.

Through her work, Isabella encourages a more intimate relationship with the self, where feeling becomes a doorway into greater authenticity, confidence and freedom of expression. Within Inner Alchemy, her practice creates a bridge between the intentional opening of the cacao ceremony and the surrender into sound, allowing the journey to move progressively deeper into the body.
