GONG BATHS

Step into a deep state of resonance and stillness through The 5 Elements Gong Bath An immersive journey into sound, vibration, and energy designed to restore harmony in both body and mind.

Participants are gently “bathed” in waves of vibration created by gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other percussive instruments. The experience invites you to lie down, close your eyes and allow the sound to wash through and around you, creating space for deep rest, inner awareness and stillness.

In our sessions in London, we create an immersive soundscape using two gongs: a 30" Earth Gong, with deep, grounding tones, and a 36" Paiste Symphonic Gong, known for its expansive range of frequencies and rich, evolving harmonics. Together, they create layers of sound and vibration that can invite the body and mind into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.

Complementing the gongs are Himalayan singing bowls, whose tones are rich in overtones, creating shimmering, layered frequencies that shift and interact as they vibrate. Their sound is organic and alive, never static, inviting the listener into subtle perception and inner stillness.

A collection of percussive instruments, including chimes, bells, rainsticks, shakers and ocean drums, brings further texture and movement, expanding the soundscape into an immersive, multidimensional experience.

As the session unfolds, you may find yourself moving into a state somewhere between wakefulness, meditation and rest. Some participants describe sensations of floating or dreaming, changes in their perception of time and space, or a feeling of sound and vibration moving through the body. Every experience is different, and there is no particular state you need to achieve.

The practice requires no previous experience or effort. You are simply invited to lie down, breathe and receive.

The 5 Elements Gong Baths welcome people from all backgrounds and levels of experience. Each session offers a space to pause, reconnect with your inner landscape and experience deep rest through sound.

Whether you come to unwind, deepen your meditation practice or simply explore the experience of therapeutic sound, you are welcome.

Join us in London for an immersive Gong Bath experience and discover how sound and vibration can invite stillness, presence and renewal.
